After finalizing this decision, you may be asking yourself, “What happens now?” You will be assigned your own personal account executive who will go over every detail regarding the medical history, ability level and care needs of you or your loved one. Your account executive will make it their priority to see that every aspect of your in-home care experience is positive and effective.
Though communication begins with a phone call, your account executive will take the time to come to your home to meet with you in person, free of charge, to further assess the level of care needed. This is completed by asking questions, viewing mobility levels and seeing how the client functions in their own home. Once this assessment has been made, a care plan tailored to your unique needs, schedule and lifestyle will be created especially for you. One of our qualified caregivers will then be matched with you based on your needs and personality. Of course, if at any time your needs or schedule changes, your care plan will be updated to reflect those changes.
